2. Eligibility & Acceptance

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
• By accessing our website, making a purchase, or using our products, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Nature of Products

• Hexed sells software for personal, educational, and research use.
• Products may include cheats, mods, or similar tools that alter game mechanics.
• It is your responsibility to understand the consequences of use, which may include violating game publishers’ terms, account bans, or legal issues.

4. No Affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developers or publishers. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our software for illegal activities.
• Deploy our software on live servers, in competitive settings, or for commercial gain.
• Reverse-engineer or distribute our software.

6. Intellectual Property

All products, software, and content remain the intellectual property of Hexed. You receive only a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Products will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Products will be compatible with your systems or games.
• Use will not result in third-party actions (e.g., bans or suspensions).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hexed shall not be liable for:

• Account bans, suspensions, or penalties.
• Loss of profits, data, or reputation.
• Direct, indirect, or incidental damages.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your license at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

11. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).

13. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively under UAE jurisdiction. Hexed does not participate in consumer arbitration boards.

14. Privacy & Data Use

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your data.

15. Geographic Restrictions

Our products are not intended for use in jurisdictions where such software is prohibited. You affirm compliance with your local laws.
