Orders are normally delivered automatically within a few minutes after payment has been confirmed.

Your purchased products and licenses can be accessed through your Hexed account where you also manage your licenses after purchase.

Cryptocurrency payments are delivered after the required blockchain confirmations have been received. Confirmation times depend on the cryptocurrency and network conditions.

In some cases, an order may require manual review, which can delay delivery.
