Hexed sells digital products, including software, license keys, account credentials, and downloadable files.

Digital Products

All sales are final once the digital product has been delivered or access has been provided.

By requesting immediate delivery at checkout, you expressly consent to the delivery of the digital content before the end of any applicable withdrawal or cancellation period and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

We do not provide refunds for reasons including:

• Changing your mind after purchase
• Purchasing the wrong product
• Failure to meet the stated system or product requirements
• Failure to use or activate the purchased product
• License suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms of Service

Nothing in this policy excludes any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with an order, please contact Hexed Support before opening a payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your Hexed account and associated licenses.

This does not limit your right to dispute a transaction where you are legally entitled to do so.
